Our Team
Harry Jenkins
Founder
Harry is an experienced support worker with over 10 years in the industry, known for his versatility, reliability and strong coaching mindset.
He has a passion for fitness, sport, golf, swimming, cycling and the outdoors. Harry loves sharing his knowledge of plants and garden care, sharing his favourite recipes and is always good for a laugh.
He has worked with many participants to achieve their employment goals through coaching job readiness, work skills development, and exploring work experience.
Harry has always been a strong advocate for NDIS participants, driven by his community based values and sense of purpose when supporting others. Harry brings consistency, motivation and genuine care to every participant he supports.
Conal O’Neill
Operations Manager
Conal is a calm, thoughtful and highly capable support worker who is known for his kind, positive, person-centred approach. He creates safe, relaxed environments where participants feel supported to explore their goals at their own pace.
With interests in gardening, cooking, bushwalking, golf, baseball, softball, gaming, board games and fantasy worlds like Star Wars and Lord of the Rings, Conal easily connects with a wide range of participants.
Conal’s background in engineering as well as experience in coaching weekend sporting teams has given him a strong foundation for teaching independent living skills.
He has supported participants to build confidence through interstate and international travel, helping them achieve milestones they never thought possible.
Omar
Support Worker
Omar is a calm and positive support worker who is passionate about fitness, sport and challenging himself to grow.
He enjoys gym training, indoor rock climbing, hiking, camping and spending time at the beach, as well as attending concerts, movies and sporting events.
Omar loves working alongside participants to set goals, build skills and improve quality of life. He prides himself on being a good listener and supportive teammate.
With a big heart, a love of animals and a drive to achieve big goals, Omar brings enthusiasm, encouragement and genuine care to his support work.
Finlay
Support Worker
Finlay grew up on a working farm on the Mid North Coast and brings a practical, creative and grounded approach to his support work.
He has a strong interest in bushcraft, model building, Lego and Warhammer 40k, and enjoys painting and building figurines. Finlay is also highly active, with experience in judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, rugby, AFL and strength training.
His mix of creativity, physical capability and patience makes him a great support for participants who enjoy hands-on projects, gaming, fitness and learning new skills.
Charles
Support Worker
Charles is a professional soccer player with over 20 years’ experience in the sport and more than five years as a disability support worker.
He brings strong discipline, motivation and structure to his support, with a particular passion for fitness, soccer, MMA and NRL.
Charles has supported participants to complete TAFE courses, establish sustainable health routines, transition into more independent living arrangements, and even travel on holidays without family support.
He is highly experienced, reliable and deeply committed to helping people grow in confidence and independence.
Angus
Support Worker
Angus is a fully qualified carpenter and an active, hands-on support worker who brings energy, skill and attention to detail into every shift.
A keen golfer (handicap 9) and fitness enthusiast, Angus excels at engaging participants in practical activities such as woodworking, handyman projects, outdoor tasks and healthy cooking.
With interests spanning fitness, fishing, surfing, team sports, board games and movies, Angus has a natural ability to connect with people and tailor activities to their interests, strengths and goals.
Jasper
Support Worker
Jasper is a competitive tri-athlete with a passion for fitness, sport and staying active. He is a talented woodworker and a natural problem solver who enjoys hands-on projects and practical challenges.
His can-do attitude and approach has helped many participants identify and navigate through barriers to achieve their goals.
Jasper’s positive, upbeat personality is infectious and he brings great energy into every shift. A keen fisherman and strong role model for younger adults, Jasper connects easily with participants and is always focused on making activities fun, engaging and rewarding.
